Conditions of hire and cancellation

Terms and conditions of hire:
A
booking contract is made when your booking details have been received.
You are required to provide your name, address, home and
mobile telephone
numbers, dates of arrival and departure and number in party
plus the booking deposit of £100. This can be paid by cheque
or credit cards via Pay Pal. Please click on the PayPal icon and enter
your
details or
open a PayPal account. Full payment of the outstanding balance
is made on arrival. If payment is made by cheque this must be
received
7 full
days prior to arrival to allow clearance of funds.

The hirer shall not sub-let the premises
|
The number of guests occupying the flat shall not exceed
the number stated on the booking form
|
The Hirer is obliged to vacate the property at the agreed
termination date on or before 11am
|
The Hirer is responsible to pay the Lessor for
any damage caused that is beyond fair wear and tear
|
The Hirer shall undertake to keep the premises at all times
clean and tidy. A cleaning charge for an unreasonable amount of cleaning
at the termination
of hire may apply.

The Hirer shall be responsible for the prevention of any
of their party causing a nuisance to other residents
|
The Hirer undertakes to leave the premises secure if left
unoccupied during the let period
|
The Hirer shall permit the owners reasonable access to the
flat during the period of let.
|
The Lessor shall NOT be liable for damage or injury however
caused to the Hirer or any member/s of their party.
|
The Lessor accepts NO responsibility for loss or damage belonging
to the Hirers
or their party during the period of the let.
|
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation a full refund will be given where we are
able to re-let the flat for the period of your original contract. However,
when this cannot be achieved the following charges will apply;
|
a) 6 calendar months prior to arrival- full refund
|
b) 2 – 6 calendar months - 25% or minimum £100 deposit
charge
|
c) 1- 2 calendar months -50% of full amount
|
d) > 1 calendar month or less- full rental fee
|
e) In the event of edinburghapartments cancelling the booking
a full refund for
all monies will be given
